Shipping policy
Apollo Tile ships across the United States and Canada. The terms below apply to every order and sit alongside our Terms of Service. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Where Do We Ship
We offer shipping only within the United States and Canada. We do not offer shipping to international destinations.
Shipping Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 24–72 business hours for us to prepare and dispatch it. Orders received before 9:30 AM PST are prioritized for same-business-day processing whenever our warehouse schedule allows.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days for processing.
Expedited Shipping options
Expedited shipping charges are available at checkout. Available services and rates will be shown when you're placing your order.
- Orders placed before 9:30 AM PST are shipped on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 9:30 AM PST are shipped on the next business day.
Weekend Delivery: Expedited and Express shipping services generally deliver Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday delivery are not automatically included with Overnight, 2-Day, or other Express services.
- If your order ships on a Thursday or Friday, standard delivery may fall on the following Monday rather than over the weekend.
- Saturday delivery may be available as a paid upgrade for select Express services and ZIP codes. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability for your destination.
- Sunday delivery is not available with standard Express services.
- Express Saver (3-day) shipments are not eligible for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Delivery times and Saturday-delivery availability vary by service level and destination ZIP code. Expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless a specific delivery commitment is confirmed at checkout or by our Customer Service Team.

Shipping for Sample Orders
We offer free shipping on sample orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges apply to sample orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.
Sample orders shipped to Canada are sent via standard ground service by default. If you select expedited shipping for your sample orders, the applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Order Limits
Customers may order up to 2 samples of the same tile from the same customer account. Need additional samples for larger projects? Please contact our Customer Service Team at info@apollotile.com and we'll be happy to assist.
